One system handles precise loading, while a second system simultaneously unloads two nesting CNC machines — fully automated, synchronized, and without manual intervention.

At the core is the NST nesting picker, operating in dynamic shuttle mode between both machines. Depending on demand, both systems are serviced in parallel — ensuring nearly uninterrupted removal of finished parts and residual material. Its key strength lies in precise stacking: each part is positioned accurately and placed cleanly, ensuring maximum process reliability and optimally prepared downstream operations.

The storage area enables simultaneous restacking while maintaining a continuous material flow. Intelligent control prioritizes material requests in real time. If no request is active, the LCV loading system independently optimizes the stack structure and ensures reliable supply to the lift table machine.

The result: maximum output, minimal downtime, and a highly dynamic, fully automated production process.
