Manipulator for Mounting Tractor Tires

At a nearby tractor manufacturer, Barbaric is proving that we can do much more than just transport glass and wood panels—we also handle heavy tires with ease.

Our tire manipulator lifts front and rear wheels directly from the rack, positions them on double rollers, and aligns them precisely. 
Load capacities: 360 kg (front wheel) and 725 kg (rear wheel).

A tilt protection system and adjustable stop rollers ensure maximum safety—ideal for transferring tires to the bridge crane’s trolleys and for fast assembly processes.

The system runs on an electrically driven crane system with load guidance that is movable in all axes; operation is ergonomic and controlled directly via the manipulator handle.

Optional: High-performance LED lighting and a laser centering device for even easier installation.
